For pressure washing and soft washing companies. You run a test stripe before you quote a driveway. This is ours.

Pressure washing websites that show the price and take the quote.

Starting prices on the first screen, a quote form that asks what needs washing, and Call and Text buttons that stay on every phone screen. Live in about a week.

  • $99 today
  • $300 when you approve it
  • $99 or $199 a month once it's live

Drag the handle. Same company, two websites.

On the left is the site most washing companies have: a stock banner, “family owned since”, and “call for a free estimate”. On the right is what a homeowner sees on ours, before they have to call anyone.

In a sample of 62 local service websites we checked this month, 57 showed no clear price. A homeowner comparing three companies at 9 p.m. texts the one that answered the question.

Both are mock-ups for comparison. Prices are sample prices from our demo.

Built surface by surface, the way you quote.

Every washing company gets the same three questions: will it hurt my plants, will it ruin my roof, and how much is it. The site answers them before the phone rings.

HouseSiding, soffits, trimA short soft-wash section in your words: low pressure, the right mix, plants rinsed before and after. It answers will this hurt my plants? before they ask, with your starting price beside it.
RoofBlack streaks, mossA plain line that the streaks are algae and come off with a soft wash, not a pressure blast, so shingle owners stop worrying about warranty damage. This is where you list your roof minimum.
ConcreteDriveways, walks, pool decksA before-and-after slider from your own job photos, right at the top. A clean driveway sells itself faster than any paragraph.
Add-onsGutters, windows, decks, fencesCheck boxes on the quote form, so a driveway lead can turn into a driveway plus gutters ticket without a second phone call.
Your areaTowns and drive limitThe towns you actually drive to, so you stop getting quote requests from forty minutes out.

How many jobs pay for it?

Put in your average ticket. The math is just the monthly plan divided by one job.

$

$249 is a typical single-story house soft wash.

Grow ($199 a month) is paid for by0.8 jobsa month.

Host ($99 a month) is paid for by 0.4 jobs a month, and the whole $399 build by 1.6 jobs.

This counts the cost only. It doesn't promise any number of jobs.

You pay in two parts, and you see the site in between.

Questions washing companies ask

Why not build it myself on a site builder?

You can. You'd pay a builder every month and spend your evenings writing it. What you'd still have to work out is the price list, the quote form that asks the right questions, the call bar and the local search setup. That's the part we do, and on Grow we keep changing it for you.

Who owns the domain and the site?

You own the domain. We register it in your name when you approve the site. If you leave, we hand over the site files after your final invoice.

Who updates my prices when they change?

On Grow, we do: send a text and it's changed, up to 2 to 3 updates a month. On Host, the site stays as built, and changes are quoted.

Can customers send photos for a quote?

Yes. The form asks what needs washing and their ZIP, then their phone, so you can text back for photos and a price.

I do soft washing and windows, not just pressure washing. Does that fit?

Yes. The site lists what you offer: house and roof soft washing, concrete, windows, gutters, decks and fences.

How long does it take?

About 7 days from the day we get your services, prices and photos.

How do I get more pressure washing customers from my website?

Homeowners compare two or three companies on their phone and call the one that shows the work and a starting price. Before-and-after photos, prices for your main services, the towns you cover and a quote form that asks what needs washing do most of it. See 12 pressure washing website must-haves and how to price jobs from the quote form without driving out.

A note from me

I build these one at a time from Deer Park, Texas. I'm not going to tell you a website washes houses. What it can do is stop losing the homeowner who wanted a price at 9 p.m. and couldn't find one. That's the job.
