- Jan Mowers are off. Spring cleanup slots open now, and the first ones fill by March.
- Feb Snow on the lawn, so we stay off it. Book spring cleanup and keep your route day for April.
- Mar Leaves and winter sticks out, beds edged, and the first cut once the grass reaches 3½ inches.
- Apr Weekly mowing starts. We cut at 3 inches while it's cool and growing fast.
- May Fastest growth of the year. Same day every week, so it never gets away from you.
- Jun We raise the deck to 3¾ inches. Taller grass shades the soil and keeps crabgrass out.
- Jul Heat and dry spells. We stay tall, keep the blades sharp and skip a week if the lawn goes dormant.
- Aug Late August opens the seeding window, so this is when we book aeration slots.
- Sep Best month to aerate and overseed tall fescue in central Ohio: warm soil, cool nights.
- Oct Leaves start. We mulch them into the lawn on the mow instead of hauling them off.
- Nov One last cut in early November at 3 inches, so snow doesn't mat it down. Then spring bookings open.
- Dec Mowers are put away and the blades sharpened. Spring cleanup slots open in January.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Weekly mowing runs April to October and you can stop or skip a week with a text.
What if it rains on my day?
We mow the next dry day and text you when. Wet grass tears and ruts the lawn, so we wait.
How much is mowing for my yard?
From $45 a visit for a quarter-acre lot. We measure on the free estimate and write down your price before the first mow.
When should I aerate in central Ohio?
Late August through September is best for tall fescue lawns here. We book aeration and overseeding through early October.
Are you insured?
Yes, $1M general liability. We can email the certificate to you or your HOA.
