The log is the thing. I used to walk the floor every morning to see what got done. Now I just read the email.

Same two people every night for a year. They know which ops get the extra wipe-down.
Sample customer · Dental practice, High Point
Floors came out great. Took two nights instead of one because of the old wax, but they told us before they started.

Tanya Reeves

Owner. Still does every walkthrough.

I started in 2012 cleaning two dental offices at night while my kids slept. Now there are fourteen of us. Every building has its own crew, and I meet every new client at their door before we take a key.

Questions office managers ask

How is a cleaning contract priced?

After a free walkthrough. Square feet, nights a week, restrooms and floor types set the crew hours, and the bid comes in writing within two business days. Month to month, 30 days notice.

How do you handle keys and alarm codes?

Keys are logged and kept on a numbered ring, never labelled with your address. Each crew gets its own alarm code so you can see who came and went.

Are your cleaners background-checked?

Yes, every cleaner, before their first key. We're also bonded and insured, and we send a certificate of insurance before we start.

Is there a long contract?

No. Month to month with 30 days notice to stop.

Do you bring the supplies?

Yes. We bring chemicals, equipment and liners. Restroom paper and soap can be ours or yours; we restock either way.
